Exchange & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at LU'HANNA.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us immediately( within 3 days of receiving the item) to let us know because we value you as a customer. We will advise you on the next steps based on your individual item and how to proceed since each item is handmade for you. However, our general return policy is as follows:

You have 15 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have a note attached with either a refund request or exchange details.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your or the original method. If your exchange Exchanges will be shipped out as soon as we receive the item and inspect it.
